Ich bedanke mich für die 12 Punkte, aber auch über eisendieters und toses Punkte freue ich mich.
Leider war ich bisher oft der Sanogo des Songcontests, anfangs viele Punkte gesammelt und dann kam oft lange Zeit gar nichts mehr. Bleibt nur zu hoffen, dass ich diesmal der neue Sanogo bin.

Eure Coverversionen sind zwar tausend mal besser als die Originale. Aber diese Originale sind eben so beschissen und bescheuert, das können auch die guten Cover nicht vollständig wet machen. Trotzdem bekomst du Punkte von mir.

Wieso ist bei diesem Contest denn das Original relevant, versteh ich nicht. Wenn man den teilnehmenden gecoverten Song gut findet, dann ist es doch egal, wie man das Original findet oder?

 

Du hast es falsch verstanden. Sagen wir`s so: Wenn du die größte Scheisse coverst, kann daraus in der Regel kein Gold werden.

Ich finde es einfach interessant und genial, wie sich eine Band Gedanken macht und aus einem bescheuerten Song einen Guten produziert.
Ich habe bei diesem Contest auch den Unterschied Original - Cover bewertet. Gebe ich gerne unumwunden zu. Auch deswegen ist To France so ziemlich am untersten Ende der Skala.

Und mir ist klar, dass ich mit Womanizer nichts reiße. 20 Punkte wären ein Erfolg.

• 12 Punkte: Tose (Machine Head - Hallowed be thy name (Iron Maiden))
  Einsame Spitzenklasse! Wurde ich zuerst einmal durch diesen Song mit dem Maiden-Virus infiziert, gab's letztes Jahr beim ersten Wacken rocks Seaside die lustige Situation, dass genau dieses Cover mich endgültig zum Machine Head-Fan gemacht hat. Das Konzert war eh geil, aber das Cover hat mich zum Fan der BayArea-Jungens gemacht! Und wie ich finde von der reinen Intensität her wesentlich geiler als das Original! :applaus::applaus::applaus:
