A bier I found in Czechia, but brewed in Deutschland! Not very good tasting, unfortunately.

Hello Guys, sending big love from wales United Kingdom. I’m looking for some help. I’ve just signed up to the membership but haven’t had my number yet. As a result of this I can’t purchase any tickets yet. I’m in Germany for the Bayern Munich game so trying really hard for two tickets.
I’ve contacted the customer support team and to be honest they haven’t been very helpful.
Has any one got any advice? Ideas? I refuse to use sites like viagogo.

 

Are you sure you don't have your number? I believe the application number ends up being your member number, but if your payment hasn't gone through yet, you still might not be able to do anything.
Even as a member, it will be very hard to get tickets. It didn't work out for me last year and I was lucky to get some on the public market. You just have to keep an eye out for this and snatch something before they are all gone (which will be pretty quick).

 

Indeed it is hard to gain tickets here, especially against the top clubs.
I was lucky last season once only because I know someone who had a season ticket which I could use.
Werder is though not too succesfull for a decade and more still very popular.

 

Thank you all for your replies. I have had my membership number and was allowed to request tickets. Just a quick question? When will we know if we have been successful in our request for tickets?

 

Dortmnund game tickets are in process now with some people seeing tickets in their accounts. Seems best to keep checking your ticketing account to see if anything shows up. Emails informing you that got something appear to come later and emails informing you that you got nothing appear to come after tickets go on sale on the public market! Just have to be vigilant.

Supposedly you would see the tickets here, in your account, if you got them. I have never been so fortunate, so I can't confirm this is definitely true.

Unfortunately (we're on the countryside over here) this part of the Werder home page seems not to be available in English:

I tried the Ticketboerse without success earlier in the week is there anywhere that supporters generally stand around trying to sell them or any pub in the city where people generally go with spare tickets. I tried calling the club 48 hours ago & they advised against buying on secondary sites such as viagogo, which is what I did a few years ag when I went to watch Feyenoord play PSV. When I went to watch Eintracht & Bayern I just picked them up off local touts outside the stadium.
I'm probably not going to make it now anyway as still stuck at work in Groningen & reluctant to travel & take a day off work Tomorrow without tickets.

 

Hi, I would not recommend buying outside the stadium. The digital tickets bear the risk that they are sold to more than one person. The link posted by sergeant_mumm is the best and safest option.
