On matchdays, from two and a half hours before kick-off until after the match has begun tere is no access for cars to the area surrounding the wohninvest WESERSTADION. Exceptions apply only to local residents and local business with a relevant access permit. Car parks 1 to 6 are closed on matchdays. Exceptions apply only to people with a special parking permit.
In addition, Osterdeich, between Sielwall and Stader Strasse, is closed until after the match has finished. Park + ride facilities are available for those parking nearby, particularly at the Hemelinger Hafen. There are similar facilities available to fans parking at the final tram stops of lines 2 and 10.
