Since games are set to be played behind closed doors should the Bundesliga season resume, Werder Bremen are informing supporters on how to go about getting ticket refunds. There are two possibilities for all those with season tickets or individual match tickets.
1. If ticket holders wish to receive a refund, SV Werder Bremen will pay the amount due in full.
2. If ticket holders waive their right to a full refund, 12 percent of the ticket price will go towards SOS Kinderdorf (Children’s Village) in coordination with the Werder fanclubs’ umbrella organisation. This applies both to season tickets and individual match tickets. Season ticket holders will also receive a package with great sentimental value and will be invited to a special event with the team.
Season ticket holders and supporters with tickets for any of the remaining home games this season are not required to take any action at this stage. You will be informed of the next steps via email in due course. More information on the initiative can be found on WERDER.DE.
