Ole Käuper and SV Werder Bremen are going their separate ways after the 24-year-old’s contract was terminated, as announced by sporting director Frank Baumann on Wednesday.
"Ole will be taking on a new challenge. We wish him nothing but the best for his future," said Frank Baumann.
Born in Bremen, Ole joined SV Werder’s youth team from ATSV Sebaldsbrück in 2005 and progressed through the youth ranks at the club, going on to make one Bundesliga appearance in Green and White in 2017. Since then, the midfielder has spent time on loan at FC Erzgebirge Aue and FC Carl-Zeiss Jena before his most recent spell on loan at FC Nitra in Slovakia.
