Werder’s goalkeeper Michael Zetterer had to pull out of the first training session in Zillertal early. The 21-year-old’s wrist reacted badly to a particularly heavy strain earlier today. As a precautionary measure, Zetterer will undergo further examinations in Stuttgart. Until then the keeper will not take part in training.

Youth keeper Eric Oelschlägel, who is on standby for the Germany Olympics team, will travel to Zillertal this evening because of Zetterer’s injury and complete the goalkeeping quartet alongside Wiedwald, Drobny and Wolf.
