The last weekend in August will be simply W.O.W! SV Werder Bremen will celebrate the start of the season with the ‘Werder Opening Weekend’ from 28th to 30th August 2020, with fans able to take part in a variety of digital live events across all three days. Thanks to WIESENHOF, as well as the highlights of Saturday’s friendlies against FC Groningen and FC St. Pauli, there will be a digital team presentation available to stream live and for free!
Daniel Boschmann will host the weekend of Werder, while stadium announcer and beloved presenter Arnd Zeigler will produce a special episode of “Wunderbaren Welt” (Wonderful World) all about Werder! In addition to this, fans will enjoy numerous opportunities to get in contact with the players through live chats, Snapchat and Instagram filters, and a new edition of the pub quiz.
LENNA and Grillmaster Flash will also be performing live in the wohninvest WESERSTADION in a performance that will be broadcast into the living rooms of Werderaner around the world. From Twitch to YouTube, Facebook to Instagram; no matter which platform you use you’ll be right in the middle of the action throughout W.O.W!
