Day 2 of the training camp on Norderney is over for the Werder players. They once again completed three training sessions in the very hot temperatures, with the 27-man group working concentrated and intensively. "It is really hot this year, making it even more difficult. But we cannot change the weather and are just taking a couple more water breaks," said Aaron Hunt, who is hoping for cooler temperatures the coming days.

Missing from the training pitch on Saturday were Naldo and Petri Pasanen. "I have some thigh muscular problems,” said the Finn Pasanen. "It’s nothing bad but I will miss the rest of the week before I can return to training."
