The "Green-White Night" is always a special occurrence and the 2010 version exceeded all expectations. The party atmosphere started a day earlier when Werder Bremen collected three important points at Weser Stadium. And the some 2,500 guests were kept in top spirits for Werder’s 111th birthday with a night full of music and glamour in a ball-like experience. The fans enjoyed more than an hour of entertainer Dieter Thomas Kuhn as well as ball music for more dancing. The night went well into Sunday morning with elegant lounge music, hot disco rhythms and a number of courageous participants at the karaoke bar. And the crowd anxiously awaited the announcement of the winners of the big raffle, which provided many happy faces with high class prizes.

Among the guests were the entire Werder team, which participated in the fun until midnight while also signing autographs and having their pictures taken. Werder’s board of directors was also represented by Werder president Klaus-Dieter Fischer and Klaus Filbry. Also in the middle of the fun were members of the advisory board including chairman Willi Lemke.
