In his, until now, 13 games in the Bundesliga, Seemann has so far taken charge of a game involving Werder just once - last season’s game at the Weser Stadium against FC Hansa Rostock, which finished 1:0 thanks to a lone strike from Hugo Almeida. Since beginning his career, the law student has been involved as a linesman with the Green-Whites in action on seven occasions. One of those famous games was the 7:6 penalty shoot-out win in the DFB Cup against VfL Wolfsburg during the 2005/2006 season.
