Referee Lutz Wagner will take charge of Werder Bremen’s home clash with VfL Wolfsburg on Sunday, 16.03.2008 (kick-off 5pm) and he will be assisted by André Stachowiak and Sascha Thielert on the sidelines.

The 44 year old production manager has been a DFB referee since 1992 and has been one of the ‘Men in Black’ in the top flight since 1994. Werder will be happy to see Wagner take charge, he has refereed 22 matches involving the Green-Whites, from which there were 16 wins, two draws and just four defeats for the Bremen club.
