Werder striker Aron Jóhannsson wasn't involved in the main training session on Sunday as he is still struggling with adductor problems. The USA international sat out yesterday's game against Bayer 04 Leverkusen too. The 24-year-old did train individually this morning though and should return to team training in the coming days.

Marcel Hilßner replaced the striker in the 18-man squad for yesterday's game. The 20-year-old replaced Levin Öztunali in the 56th minute, making his Bundesliga debut in the process.
