Three players missing at the start of the week’s training

The Green-Whites started their new week of training on Tuesday, 10/09/2024. Head coach Ole Werner’s side next face the task of an away match in Mainz on Sunday, 15/09/2024 (kick-off 17:30 CEST). However, the SVW boss will be beginning the week without a trio of players.

Keke Topp left the Germany U21 national team’s camp early on Monday, due to a knock sustained to his foot. He did not take part in training in order to better his chances of featuring in the game in Mainz on Sunday. Milos Veljkovic (ankle problems) and Oliver Burke (thigh muscle issues) were also absent.
