Werder to play friendly against Preußen Münster

The first international break of the season will see SV Werder Bremen play a friendly against SC Preußen Münster. The match will take place on Thursday, 5th September at 18:00 CEST at the Preußenstadion.

Münster, one of the Bundesliga's founding members, were promoted back to the second division last season for the first time since 1991. They opened their league campaign with a 3-1 defeat against Greuther Fürth, but earned their first points last weekend after drawing 0-0 against Hannover 96.
