Midfielder Naby Keïta will leave SV Werder Bremen in January, joining Hungarian record champions Ferencváros on a one-year loan deal.
"We are pleased to have found a solution, together with Naby and his agent. For us, it was clear that Naby would not play for Werder again. As such, the loan deal is the right move both for us and for him. We wish Naby all the best in Hungary," said Clemens Fritz, Werder's managing director for sport.
Naby Keïta joined the Green-Whites on a free transfer from Liverpool FC in summer 2023. The Guinea international made five appearances for the club in his debut season in Bremen.
