Isak Hansen-Aarøen will leave SV Werder Bremen on 1st January 2025 to join Aalborg BK on loan until 30th June 2025.
"We have high hopes for this loan deal and are convinced that Isak will be able to see plenty of match practice at a high level in Denmark. Aalborg provide young, talented players with plenty of opportunities to show themselves, and Isak will be a good fit for both the team and the club's philosophy. It's important that Isak is able to feature regularly at a high level. This loan move to Denmark is therefore a good opportunity," said Peter Niemeyer, Werder's head of professional football.
Hansen-Aarøen joined the Green-Whites in February 2024 from Manchester United. The Norway U21 international has featured three times in the Bundesliga since then, in addition to making two appearances for the club's U23s in the Regionalliga Nord (1 goal).
