The clash between SV Werder Bremen and Borussia Mönchengladbach on Friday evening ended level with a 2-2 draw under the floodlights at BORUSSIA-PARK. The Green-Whites got off to a flying start thanks to an opener from Rafael Borré (7’), and held onto their lead until just after the break, when Rocco Reitz’s brace seemingly shattered the visitors' hopes of three points (45’, 49’). However, Marvin Ducksch had other ideas, as the Germany international secured the equaliser for Werder in the 76th minute and rewarded the Green-Whites for their strong performance.
