Borré among other Werder players on international duty

Alongside Belgium international Olivier Deman, Rafael Borré also joined the Green-Whites in the final days of the transfer window. These two new arrivals join Werder’s two other internationals, Jiri Pavlenka and Milos Veljkovic, in their travels during the international break. Here is an overview of all of the games that SVW players will be involved in.

For the most part, Werder’s internationals will be playing qualification matches for the 2024 EUROs in Germany, while Borré and Colombia will begin their qualification campaign for the 2026 World Cup. The Colombians will face Venezuela and Chile in the first round of qualification. Nick Woltemade and Leon Opitz are also on international duty with the U21 and U19 Germany squads.
