The training camp in Zillertal in Austria has been a fixed part of SV Werder Bremen’s summer preseason for over a decade. SVW will also travel to Tirol in 2023, and will be in Zell-Gerlos in the Zillertal Arena region from 19th until 29th July.

“We are pleased to be able to carry out our training camp in Zillertal once again this year. Thanks to our partnership over many years, we know that good conditions await us both on the training pitch and at the ‘ZillerSeasons DasPosthotel’, so that we can best prepare for the 2023/24 season, said Clemens Fritz, director of scouting and professional football.

“It is always nice for us to be able to welcome the SV Werder Bremen first team. The stay in Zillertal is definitely one of the highlights of the pre-season period, especially for the fans,” said Ronald Felder, managing director of Zillertal Tourismus GmbH.

Werder fans will not only have the opportunity to watch training sessions up close, but there will also be a fan trip will several activities on the agenda. Exact dates for the fan trip are to follow.
