After several weeks on the sidelines with a rib injury, midfielder Leonardo Bittencourt is once again available for selection and could feature this Saturday when Werder Bremen take on Borussia Mönchengladbach (18:30 CEST). “Leo is in good condition considering how long he was out for and he will be in the squad tomorrow,” explained Ole Werner in Friday’s presser.

Apart from Manuel Mbom, who is still working on his comeback after tearing his Achilles tendon, Ole Werner will have a full squad to choose from against Gladbach. “All the international players have returned fit and healthy,” confirmed the boss.
